WOW! The property price divide North to South although smaller than it used
to be is still one hell of a cavernous gap!
I reckon you'd pay 1.25 million for that here in sunny Devon.
Unless its next to a motorway? ;-)
/me finds Autoroute to check the commuting time between Lincolnshire and
Exeter :-)

Subject: [ukha_d] Smart Home being built in our village!
I've just discovered that a new property being built in our village is
being
marketed as a "Smart Home" as described below.
Brimming with the latest technology, this house is one of the first in this
area to be built as a Smart home. This is a design brief which brings a
property very much in to the new Millennium, full details of which are
available from the Agents' office. However in brief this gives Smart
lighting and control where all lights in the house are controlled with
Smart
switches with central off meaning all lights are switched off from one
switch when leaving the property and reverse as central on to provide a
path
of light. Goodnight and all on switches are programmed next to the master
bedroom and dimmed groups of light can be added to the system. Smart
Communications - The property will be wired for telephone and data to
enable
computer networks around the property. T.v. and video cabling will be
provided around the house in many locations. The property will also have a
central vacuuming system installed which is a real boon in the modern
house.
