Since they decided to change to the Harmonised Colours we now HAVE to use a
BLUE as the Neutral.
Trouble is, triple and earth is now BROWN, BLACK, GREY + Earth so what was
our Neutral colour is now one of the Phase Colours.
Aarrgghh !!!!
