Ok, I just took a look at the Spain maps for Calpe and Altea ...

First of all there are 2 entries for Calpe:

Calp (Calpe)
Calpe

I don't now the region so I selected the first.. and since I have no idea
on streets I selected the 'town hall' or whatever it is they call it :P -
The TTG found it and listed (while trying to plot a route as Calpe, Calp
(Calpe) although it did bitch because I was located way off the map so it
got upset (waiting for valid GPS signal :) )

In the end I did a plot from Altea to Calpe and zoomed in on each to check
the level of detail:

Altea - Street level (with names) and it looks like it's aware of the one
way system they have too..

Calpe - Street level (with names) and it looks like it's aware of the one
way system they have too..

If I have the right places they are 11.5km from each other and scarily
close to benidorm! ;)

So it appears there's the detail you want for the local area, although this
is based on my zero knowledge of the area itself...
