How about PSU's for the docking stations / chargers for bits of kit?

I know that the Prontos do stop charging once they're charged but things
like the ePods don't seem to be so clever - I used to have the ePods PSU

t
up on an AM12 so that on Saturday and Sunday morning at 1am it would get a
couple of hours juice and then have chance to discharge to a fairly low
level over the following week - this way it stopped the batteries being
shagged by being constantly charged.

Subwoofers?

I have a customer with =A338k of ATC active speakers driven by a Lexicon

and he has those on AM12's (yes, I couldn't believe it either) so that they
can be powered off remotely (All Units Off) but powered on in sequence (A1
On, wait five seconds, A2 On, wait five seconds etc.) so the switch on

of all seven channels + three subs don't trip his house breakers.

Demon Spawn's TV is *DEFINITELY* on an X10 controlled mains supply - he has
no-one to argue against when the computer turns of his TV at night!
(HEAVEN!!!)

Routers and WiFi AP's - same as Freeview boxes and Sky receivers these
sometimes need to be power cycled too.
