Hi,

I recently replaced my old p120 mp3jukebox pc with a "more recent
P2/300" dell laptop to do the same job for obvious space saving/noise
reasons.
However, the craptop seems to generate a lot of RF and HV(from the
TFT) interference in the 3 receivers I have setup nearby.
I am not using an aerial on the tuners (all Onkyo) but a coaxial
cable feed so there should be 1) a very strong signal and 2)less
possibility of interference. I already tried to increase the distance
between the laptop and the tuners but can't move it more than 50 cm
away. Now usually if I listen to the radio I don't need to have the
jukebox working but I also want to use it for controlling lights etc -
so it basically needs to be on all the time.
Any suggestions to kill the interference more than welcome - I
noticed that if the screensaver kicks in and the TFT goes blank, some
of the high pitch noise is also disappearing.

rgds Rob
