There has been a lot of bad reviews of this on the net. Firstly, it
isn't from the stable of suprnova.org just endorsed by the author of
suprnova.org. It was actually written by a commercial company. Secondly,
it installs spyware, particularly the very nasty 'Cydoor' [1] type.
Thirdly, exeem probably violates the copyright of libtorrent [2] which
is GPL licensed. The slashdot crowd made some very interesting
observations about the program [3] and are well worth reading once you
ignore the usual slashdot clichéd comments. The basic advice is: avoid
like the plague.
