Do you know if it was built before 20/3/04?  There will be a date code on
the PPID sticker (barcode) on the back of the machine, in the format of

US-01234D-54321-43K-0123

Where the 43K indicates the date. If you let me have the code, I can check
to see if there's anything against it.

We've had issues with the GX270 crashing randomly.  It gives lovely colours
when it does.  Nice.  Running Win2K on ours.
