I had a bloody nightmare with Tiscali Broadband. I do a lot of online
gaming where latency is important, and was constantly having problems. I
eventually ditched em. This was over a year ago now, so things may of
changed. Personally though, I'd never touch them again. The weird thing
about broadband providers though, one person can have hell, and another be
in Broadband heaven :\
