Bought something similar for cutting holes in PB ceiling for halogen
downlighters. Mine onlt had a single blade and a counterweight on the other
end. Worked fine for PB and fast.

Assuming PB ceiling - Just be a little careful when using it when you are
getting close to breaking through. As I used it on a electric drill -
rather
than my battery one and the leccy one didn't have a clutch.. the circular
cutout of PB did snag on one occasion .. which tore the drill out of my
hand. This wouldn't of been an issue with a clutched battery drill/driver
