That's correct.

However, you can "register interest" with WindSave and say that
you'll
consider buying it once you can get a grant :-)

It's worth mentioning that, historically, the Government Sponsored
energy-savings schemes have been allocated a fixed budget each tax year.
Hence, if you apply at the END of the tax year, you may find they have
run out of money and will say "no". This certainly happened a few
times
to "powershift", the scheme to persuade people to move to
cleaner-fuel cars.

So, if you're looking to buy, April may be good, March may be lousy :-)
