After years of laying discreet cables and everywhere looking a mess, I am
moving over to CAT5 - I plan to mount my 1-wire sensors in a cat5 plug and
then put a cat5 boot over them.

Thus it will look just like a cat 5 cable boot connected to the cat5 wall
plate (also means I can move them).
