Re: UKHA2005 Announcement

I would like the social side of things but I cannot afford any of the
gadgets you tend to see at these shows. My interest is really in the home
made control side of things and definitely not in the world of Hi-fi etc.
These shows can be a source of ideas though. To be honest though I think
work will keep me out of the country rather a lot this year so it is
unlikely I would be able to get there.

I would be up for a meet in the pub type get together during the summer
though assuming we arranged one somewhere. They do usually happen off the
cuff anyway.

Subject: [ukha_d] UKHA2005 Announcement

Due to some changes in my work circumstances I will not be able to
organize
a UKHA2005 show. Graham is in a similar position so it looks pretty
certain
there won't be meeting like last years.

However, I would still like to have our annual get-together, albeit a
lower
key, more social event this time.

How do people feel about attending the show at the NEC (14th - 17th April)
.

..and staying in a local hotel etc?

Comments appreciated.

Thanks
