RE: My profile

Hi Jo,

It doesn't look like anyone else has replied to you so I'll bite the
bullet,

Welcome to the UKHA group!

Like everyone on this group we all share a keen interest (some people
live, breath and work home automation (including home cinema, hifi and
generally anything with a plug of some description on the end!)

If you're thinking of starting your own business in HA (a niche market
comparatively) a visit to the cedia show in june may be worth it.

Have you any experience with any of the kit out there, CBUS and X10 (the
latter slowly fading...) are the drink of choice here, of course, not
forgetting the protocols XPL and XAP (which were developed from members
of this group, quite an achievement I'd say)

Jonathan.

I'm a newcomer to home automation. I've just been over in the US where
the roomba vacuum is really starting to take off. I'm fascinated by home
automation and home robotics. I'd love to work in the industry and am
considering starting my own business in this area.

My name is Jo and I'm 34 years old.
