Try:

http://www.gotoassist.com/

You send them a URL, they click on it and download a Java applet, at
that point you can control their desktop, I use this for looking at
customers systems on remote sites and find it works very well.

It uses http and a hosted service so it tends to get through most
firewalls as well.

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know of a suitable bit of PC software which can enable
remote access to a PC without configuration at the remote end?

MSN Messenger us very unreliable and slow (when it connects!).
RealVNC is great but requires the remote user to download and
configure (however slight that may be). What I'm looking for is a
file I can send/email which when the client opens it allows me
unrestricted access.

Yes, I have searched Google but there are so many packages claiming
they are the best, etc. and I am scared about spyware on many of
these apps.

TIA
Darren
