One problem with solutions like this is, if you move to a different ISP,
then you will probably have to move your hosting account too.
If hosting is independent, then this is not an issue.
Also, you can get full hosting for less than that from loads of places -

I'm not just saying that because I own a hosting company - there are loads
of low cost providers out there......
