You are unlikely to find any both "free" and "trusted"
certificate
providers.
We offer "generic" SSL sites to our client who host sites with
us, which is
a cheaper option than buying your own cert.
The other option is downloading something like OpenSSL and "rolling
your
own", but of course that wont be trusted.
