I have to agree with Paul here.
I actually know of a car dealers (Who I won't name) who contain their pet
dogs on the premises using a "shock collar" and it's not nice!

Have you actually read the details of some of those systems - delivers a
"Stimulation" i.e. electric shock! This is EVIL - I can't believe
anyone can
sell a product like this any more. It should be banished with the likes of
choke chains and bear training.
