I have certainly been attributed with the origination of that term...

I didn't say that everyone on UKHA_D is a tightwad - but the main bulk of
the active UKHA_D crowd are interested in getting the maximum bang for the
minimum buck (not that there is anything wrong with that). Of course there
are people here who do invest time and money and do the job well.
