Yep...
SBS 2003 on a compaq dl380/g3
single proc
1 GB RAM

Only issue I had was where to place the exchange data store.
I splatted the original install as I'd chopped up the disks into too many
partitions ... I had a grand scheme of placing data over the partitions..

One issue I did have was I had to upgrade the BIOS as the machine wouldn't
restart after a reboot.
