Yes, I have one.
It uses a standard hands-free ear-piece with a 2.5mm jack. Works well,
but is best paired with Ericsson phones. When paired with Nokia
phones, the bluetooth link is permanently active so the battery goes
flat in a few hours. Battery life is a bit disappointing considering
the size of the unit (I'd estimate an hour or two of talk time on a
full charge). I have also paired it with my PC and used it for VOIP
calls fine - it has an excellent range.
