Record streaming audio??

Hi,
I listen to a great show on the radio, Tom Dunne's Pet Sounds on TodayFM.
It's on every evening from 7 to 10. I have been missing it because I'm in
college 3 nights a week from 7 to 10. I was wondering if there was a way I
could record the show from the net or maybe direct from the radio so I
could
convert to MP3 so I could listen to it on my MP3 player, PDA?
