Fair usage policy?  My ISP just said they'd max out my ADSL for free.
I'm less than a mile from the local exchange, so that'll be quite a
difference from my current 512kbps.  Does that mean 2Mbps down, 256kbps
up, or does it mean I'll get about 8Mbps or whatever?  Soon find out, I
suppose.  Shame about the 22GB cap^Wfair usage policy they put in at the
same time, but as I use less than 10GB a month, I'm not bothered.
