RE: Xlobby on Plasma

Yes, Zoomplayer for DVD playback - any generally pretty pleased with it,
though occassionally it seems a bit sluggish when an image is panning
accross the screen, causing slight ripples in the image - not sure if this
is card or processor problem.

I must admit i find a lot of the XLobby skins best with touch screens, and
Jowaldo's certainly works great of Kiosk PC. Guess i will probably stick
with wireless mouse for now then.

By the way has anyone seen the Nevo SL remote control - IR & Wifi in
one -
looks very impressive though $800 is a bit steep if we pay =A3=3D$

I've been playing with Xlobby again recently. Jowaldo's skin is really
excellent. The author is also working on his own all new skin as well which
from the few shots in the forum looks like it will be excellent.=20

What are you using for video playback, zoomplayer?

Its certainly an excellent app. But much better suited to touch screens

n
IR IMHO.

For potential Xlobby users...

Got mine setup on the Plasma - and damn it looks good.

Currently seems very stable too, and get high SWMBO, running the Jowaldo
skin as it still seems the best. Also using it on the good old Kiosk
Touchscreen in the Bedroom.
