Thanks aashram - First impressions are pretty positive even with 256MB RAM

mind you not had time to trash it yet!

Got remote desktop to my main PC working in about 15 minutes of powering
the
thing up!

Just need some time to really play with it - might get a decent book so I
don't miss any on the nuances - any recommendations?

Thanks for the offer of help - if I get stuck on anything I'll drop you a
mail off list so as not to incur the wrath of the powers that be.

Mind you, they might alos be interested soon, eh Mark :-)
