Extended MP3 Auto tagger

Anyone currently using or know of any good tools to scan their music
collection and automatically insert slightly more extended mp3 tags
such as mood, tempo, year, etc.
I'm trying to tag my collection so I can play it like moodlogic
does/did, but make it slightly more useful offline so I can use it
with my Rios.
