Seconded / third-ed. It's surprising quite how long it takes to keep
lifting floorboards, physically pulling cables through etc. It makes
doing it in a new build *so* much more attractive.

That was also just for LV stuff, I haven't even started re-wiring all
the mains wiring yet !
