I've never had any problems.
There are some "Russian Mafia" sites that rip off your card
details, but
this isn't one of them.

They also have some nice features, like the ability to choose the format
and
bitrate of the downloaded files.

When I started with them it was only $0.01 per Mb.  They recently doubled
the price, but it's still a bargain - and bargains seem quite popular on
this list ;-)
