Thanks for the reply. Yes, I'm aware of the need for an image. Isn't
there one knocking around somewhere?
Actually, thinking about it, I should have my original tivo drive
somewhere.

If it were new & working and without a network card it would fetch
=A3150-165 on eBay.
It looks as though the network/cache card is worth more when sold
separately.
I'm sure that you know already that the replacement drive will require
software copied from a known good drive (or an image created from a
known good drive).
