Few days off...
So lets try and do some of the things that have been on my "get a
round
tuit" list for what seems like *ages*... (probably because it has
been!)
1stly, I need to sort out some enclosures for some CBUS modules, -
anyone have any recommendations, or should I just see what I can get at
B&Q or Screwfix...
2ndly, I have a couple more CD's now, thanks to various family members,
which naturally I'd like to rip & add to my MP3 server. Now, it has
been
absolutely *yonks* since I last did a rip, so long in fact that the
software I used to use (Audiocatalyst) isn't even installed on my PC
currently. - however, I reckon things must have moved on quite a bit
since that was around, so what is now the preferred ripper/MP3 encoder
combination. - simplicity of use is the most important consideration
today.... (I have *lots* to try to do in these few days, so I don't want
to waste time learning software!)
Also, it looks like at least 1 of these CD's is a BMG-label copy
protected one.... - anyone care to comment on how (if) that will be
rippable.... ?
TIA
Paul G.
