Which is why I'd suggest that you buy green and roast them yourself as the
beans are required. ;)
Yes I know it means buying a coffee roaster, but they're not that bad from
Red Monkey and it means that your beans then have a shelf life of two years
as opposed to a month or so to be at their best. Pre-roasted beans lose
their flavour, they go kinda stale, if they're lying about for too long.

a bit now as they seem a bit cheaper. 2Kg of green beans for =A313.20 and
roasted 2Kg bags from about =A319.
As you can see, if you're using that much coffee, it won't take you that
long to recoup the cost of the roaster really or at least justify it and I
can tell you that after roasting beans the whole house smells great, big
