Best bet is to find your nearest coffee wholesaler or roaster

My brother works shifts in a refinery lab, he and some of his work mates
used to clear out one of local deli's ground coffee supplies so the
owner told them where his wholesaler was and they go there now (buy
kilo's of the stuff at a time)
