Nope - it's not just you, I too have been having problems with their
service
in that it seems to decide to throw me off at least once a day. Would not
really be to bothered but I'm paying for their top business package, so I'm
in the same position as Paul - as soon as I find a better deal I too am
off.

Hi All
I apologise for re-awakening the thread on Eclipse but after deciding to
give them a second chance (Although I have moved my domain now) I have
been suffering no end of problems again. On average my ADSL connection
has died 3-4 times a week over the past couple of weeks. When I check
the router I find that the connection is up but the DNS addresses are
not eclipses and the WAN side is showing as down.
Anyone else experienced the same, or do I just remain unlucky!?!
