TV over CAT5

I am looking to feed a second TV in the kitchen from the sky box in the
lounge using a 'TVLink' or similar device.  Unfortunately I don't have
enough spare coax cable laid in the walls, but I do have several miles
of CAT5.  Is it possible to get a cheap 'n cheerful coax/cat5
converter?  Ta much, and merry crimbo to all
