Hello from newbe

I've just joined up after reading through some of the archives.  Having
just bought my first house I'm looking for some hints on tips on data
cabling and other ha topics.  I've got an XBOX + an MCE 2005 system waiting
for a pair of cat5 cables in my front room and a PC upstairs connected to
my router via 20ft of bright red cat5 :-$ !!I've also got a load of AV gear
that needs housing and speaker cables that need routing (all this of course
comming after putting up shelves and curtains ;))  I've moved into a fairly
(3 year old) new Barratt house complete with plasterboard lined walls,
cavity wall insulation and sheet chipboard flooring so I'm going to have
some 'fun' routing alot of this stuff :)
