Maplins switchable Outdoor PIR which was rated up to 1100Watts.
The PIR is configurable from 5 sec to 12 minutes of "on time"
after activity
stops.
Can't tell you the URL as I went to the shop to buy it .. but it was
£19.99.

The reason for buying this one is that I'll recycle it for a project for
turning on the workshop lights at the end of the garden as it also has a
light level thingy* in it to stop turning the light on in the day.

* = highly technical scientific apparatus which is too complex for my 
brain
to ever comprehend.
