this ip doesn't exist, other than in private networks, i think he chose
this
ip to stop clashes with the usual ip ranges people use
i.e.
10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255 (10/8 prefix)
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255 (172.16/12 prefix)
192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255 (192.168/16 prefix)
Namachi could just as easy used 10.x.x.x but that MAY have clashed with
some
peoples NAT setups!
I've just played with it and it really is practically ZERO config VPN, no
messing with port forwarding on the routers etc.. Just install and run and
create/join networks, it's just like putting a new nic in your computer and
connecting it to a network that your friends/remote computers are patched
into :)Now I know your a techy Andy and you can setup VPN's in your sleep,
but this provides secure quick and easy VPN to the masses.It's not the
answer to everything but it sure helps !, I'll use this and the VPN server
on my Vigor to provide all the remote access i need to my computers AND my
