Electrician question

Hi,
Does anyone know what would be reasonable quote (in South-East England)
to install basic electrics (lighting circuit, ring main) in a detached
single garage? The garage is about 5 metres from the house, so
apparently requires an armoured cable to be run from the consumer unit.
Unfortunately, the newly-built garage comes under the new building
regulations, so will need to be signed-off by an approved electrician
anyway. It might therefore be easier just to get someone in to do the
lot.
