Keith Doxey recommended www.rapidelectronics.co.uk
<http://www.rapidelectronics.co.uk/>
to me recently and I have to say
they were very good and delivery was fast.

There is the Radio Spares/Wants shop in Sidwell St, Exeter they used to
stock a VERY limited range of components but I've not wondered that far
up the high street for a good long time so who knows if they still stock
such things! Might be worth a quick phone call if you're impatient and
want to play arround this weekend.

Subject: [ukha_d] Advice on where to buy components?!

Hey everyone,

I've decided to take the plunge and take a soldering iron to my xbox
to do the svideo out mod!

So I need to get hold of a female S video connector!

Any one any ideas of a good place for components here in the UK?
searched google but im not finding anything! Doesn't help that i'm
not really sure what Im searching for either!

Thinking of biting the bullet and doing the remote power on mod at the
same time!!

....Guess I better get a soldering iron bought then!!

Unless there's anyone around the Exeter area fancies doing it for beer
money?!?!

Cheers

Noel
