Ahhh I see. I must admit I didn't think TiVo was able to adjust start times
based on over the air signalling (a bit like some VCRs can do).
Yes, MCE is very reliable. If it misses a recording, or you cancel a single
recording, it still carries on regardless and records the next one. Never
had a single problem with it!

Same for TiVo. What I am trying to get at is the quality of the data I
suppose. TiVo gets it wrong occasionally but all in all is very reliable.
My sister tells me her Sky+ (which has just packed up at 4 months old with
hours of her recordings on it and had to be replaced) breaks Series
recordings if the series skips a week.
