Hi, no it's to do with the freecom requiring drivers on all client
machines and there are no mac drivers for it using NTFS, only FAT ones.
Since I am connecting it to my server (or any old PC for that matter
instead of using it as a NAS drive) then there is no issue with it because
it's just another shared drive from that machine.

So, not quite using it for it's original purpose, but it's a fine, small
400Gb external drive in effect connected to a permanently on machine.
