I have 'tried' to regionalise but to no avail. At the moment there are too
many variables in my system and no easy way to reduce them. Is it the
sipura
/ the pap2 / * thats causing my problem.

If someone would be willing to show me how to debug the call process it
might help. I could see the ata hanging up - maybe see that the sipura is
not detecting it or maybe the sipura is trying to hang up and failing. I
just don't know.
