Sorry for this guys but I need a mini rant!
Apple yesterday apparently made a business decision to no longer ship
to the channel islands!
As of yesterday NOTHING will be delivered by them to the channel
islands, so any channel islands residents that want to purchase an
Apple product....tough!
I can't believe that in this modern supposedly shrinking world that a
large multinational company like Apple can turn around and say this!?
If it was costing them that much then fine, impose a surcharge, thats
fair enough, tis the price of small island life, all the other
retailers do it! But to stop shipping altogether! thats pathetic!!
Was nice whilst it lasted apple products at 30% off due to NO VAT and
education discount!! Only option is the shop in town with its
associated reseller markups! Grrr
Very very disappointed :(
