I was going to make a stainless 'pepper pot' design.

PCB mount the leds. On a circular PCB.

Offer them up from underneath so the domes of the LEDs were proud of the
surface then fill with epoxy to seal and prevent movement.

Finaly mill or turn off the front face to remove the domes of the leds
leaving a flush sealed surface with a pepperpot design of 8, 9, 12 leds.

Bit long winded but i wanted to go for something unusual.

Limits of CNC lathe are final product has to be round or at least axial.
hexagon is ox rectangle is not.

We can mill other shapes though.

Send me a sketch and I will do a quick design for manufacture pass.

Excellent - you're on - won't be for a while if that's OK though?

I'm waiting on Gerry's RGB LED serial controller boards to come back
from the US. The plan is to have 4 of these boards driving a max total
of 52 RGB LED's. Don't know how many fixtures I'll need yet.

What are the limitations of the CNC process you have? Is it easy to
create parts for say, adjustable angled fixtures? Can you use any metals
e.g. stainless etc?

When you were going to create these yourself, what type of lens/cover
glass/plastic arrangement were you going to use?
