The o/p is always live, just hooked the VCR to the TiVo in Node 0... Not
sure about the RGB side of things as I am using composite.... (Blasphemy
I know..)

Does anyone know if the Video (VCR) scart output of Tivo is always
outputting its signal? Or only when you select record to video from the
menu's?
And what does it output RGB?
