Got some pics Steve....Im about to order some ds 1820,s  ...My current
housings are not too pleasing to the eye.....Also Steve  FYI i have just
got
my Probe system reporting the dallas temp sensor via its serial interface
so
you might be interested in this..some small hardware(+ firmware)  changes
required but the up side is one cat5 to each room takes care of your tv
/dvd
etc and also temp monitoring...;-)

Does the DS18S20 differ much from the DS1820 ????

Keith,   My inspiration for this did come from your project....  Its
just a bit simpler to suit my simple mind.....

David, I have emailed Mark a basic circuit diagram but be warned
drawing circuits is not my forte..

It took me longer to draw the dam thing than it did to build it.
Forgive me if its not up to it.  It's certainly not up to Keith's
master piece!
