Re: [OT] CF - GPRS Cards?

Hi Mark

I bought a cheap Dell axim x5 a while back and had great plans to do all
sorts with it so in a rash moment I also bought an Audiovox RTM-8000 CF
GPR=
S
card and a CF wifi card.

I started to use the Dell with the wifi card as a remote to control Xlobby
=
-
and it works great -:)

I did start playing with the GPRS card without any great success (problems
with the settings to access O2 I suspect) but at about the same time I
bought a treo600 for SWMBO - and I liked it so much that I bought one for
myself. It does everything I want (email, web browsing) and it was easy to
set up so the GPRS card got relegated to the box in the corner labelled 'to
do' - and its still there -:(

So the answer to you question is 'yes' - but ........

John
