BT Caller Display

If you are currently paying for BT's caller display, it is now free and BT
won't automatically swap you over they will just keep on charging you for
it! Just phoned them and had the extra Network Services removed and the
free
privacy option activated but the bandstands won't give me my money back for
the 6 weeks it's been free :(
