Ebuyer.co.uk and get an OEM copy is probably the cheapest. Technically you
need to buy a suitable hardware item, but I don't think they enforce this
via the checkout as I've bought OEM software (for a legitimate PC I'd made
with their components !) on a separate order when fiddling about with a

shipping offer on one occasion.
