Thats a bit worrying, my module lasted a whole 2 days before failing,
it stopped transmitting and responding to X10, I'm just about to send
it back...

I found something on the (not very good) clipsal website(s) for the
neon indicator:

30N-COLOUR A 250V - neon indicator (OTHER COLOURS)

Note: Inductive loads occasionally cause neons to glow in OFF
position. To prevent this, place a 47k., 0.5W 240V resistor across the
terminals.
