Re: Straw Poll - MythTV machine spec.
DMA apparently - and IIRC this came from Alan Cox whilst he was hanging
around the ivtv driver dev group so I believe it ;)
No obvious kernel messages etc etc but there would be 'glitches' in the
capture.
Moving to non-VIA has been perfect - YMMV (I had reasonably good
captures for a long while but the machine was 'fragile' and even heavy
db activity or DVD drive reading caused capture glitches.)
